Having single-handedly developed property for the last decade, we as a family have lived in the heart of Lilliput for the last 6 years. Taking time out from climbing the housing ladder I have decided to use my vast skill set to provide a Handyman service to my local and wider community.
My early career was spent working in Automotive concept design/build where fit/finish and quality is paramount for VIP customers. Later this moved into project management for large scale projects for the Police and MOD.
I then applied these skills and disciplines to both vintage car restoration and house renovations. Now taking a break and looking for a better work-life balance for my family, I have decided to offer my services as a handyman / painter & decorator.
Unsurprisingly Dorset is saturated with tradespeople with a seemingly endless supply of larger-scale developments, which can make sourcing a tradesperson to perform smaller tasks/projects extremely difficult. During the last ten years, my skills have been continually requested for smaller-scale work as people have been unable to find tradesmen willing to multi-task.
There is a large part of our community, from busy parents to our elderly population and those who simply need help managing their property, that require the help of a multi-skilled tradesman to assist with tasks and projects around the home that often fall outside the requirement of a builder.
